- To ask Eric a dog training question, please visit our members only Dog Training Forum. If you're not a member yet, you can get access here.
- If you are a member trying to access your bonus books and courses, please log in and use the navigation in the right-hand margin to access them. For the bonus reports, use the download area at the bottom of the right-hand margin.
- If you've lost your username and password, please click here.
- To view your billing information and/or cancel your membership, please click here.
- We try very hard to answer all customer support questions within 24 hours.

To cancel your membership at any time:
PAYPAL USERS:
To cancel your account. Go to http://www.Paypal.com
-Log in to your PayPal account.
-Click the History subtab.
-Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
-Check the From box and change the date back
-Click Search.
-To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
-At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
-On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.
-IMPORTANT: If you don't see that a subscription was created it means you never completed
the 2nd part of the enrollment procedure which means you will not be rebilled and there is nothing
to cancel.
CREDIT CARD USERS:
To cancel, login to your members account using the "Members Area" link in the upper right.
After you log in click on "customer service" tab at the top right for cancellation
instructions.
After you cancel, you will still have access until your term runs out.
